Who We Are
The Good Egg is a labor of love from Americans who moved to Delft, fell in love with the city, and made amazing connections in the community. Delft has given us so much - we wanted to give something back. The Good Egg is our way of bringing a little bit of American-inspired comfort food with a touch of Southern flavor to our favorite place.
Aaron Hurd
Owner
Aaron was born in Utah and raised in Maryland, where he worked in restaurants and cafés and even managed an ice cream shop. Here in Delft, he jumped into the Horeca space quickly and is ready to bring his experience and business background to making Delft tastier.
Heather Hurd
Head of Marketing
Heather was born in California and raised in Maryland, where she worked in several restaurants and trained as a barista before finding her passion for marketing. Now she's the CMO of Dusk Marketing, where she helps businesses just like this one establish brand and content marketing strategies.
